1. Return

The consumer has 14 days to make the return. The returned product must be sent back undamaged, together with a set of unbroken labels and in its original packaging. Printed return form is a part of every package, fill it and send it back to us at, and enclose the original with the return package. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer.  The parcel should be sent to the address: Achrem Studios Sp. z o.o. Rycerstwa Polskiego 3/17 street 02-999 Warsaw 

2. Exchange

It is possible to exchange the product if it's available. Contact us to reserve your size by e-mail or send us product back with an exchange/return form. If product is unavailable we will return your money within 14 days.

3. Complaint

The complaint should be notified by e-mail to with the order number, describe the defect and attach photos. Then fill in the complaint form with the name and surname of the customer, order number, contact details and a detailed description of the defect. After receiving the package we have 14 days to consider the complaint. You will receive the decision on the e-mail address indicated in the form.
